Marco got his driver's license

Last Monday, Mom and my brother Marco went to LTO (Land Transportation Office) at Tagaytay to get a driver's license. That office opens at 8am, but you should be in line around 6am because there are hundred of people taking the licensure exam you really have to be early. Besides, the seats there are already arranged so you can just follow the end of the line. 

I just blurred the address just in case. They got at the office around eight in the morning, that's why they got his license around 5:15pm. They've been there whole day, now I tell you why you have to be two hours earlier than 8am. ;P
